Co-Directors, Elaine Frank, MSW and Denise Rowe, BA are Clinical Social Workers, Infant and Child Development Specialists and Parent Educators. They were on the faculty of the Medical College of Pennsylvania for 15 years (Drexel University College of Medicine). Their affiliations include the World Association for Infant Mental Health, the National Center for Clinical Infant Programs, and the Delaware Valley Adoption Council.
